At Shanghai's 5th Culinary Art Competition in 2003 The Westin Bund Center Shanghai's Food & Beverage and culinary teams swept 4 gold and 3 silver medals; while Prego won Best Italian Restaurant award by MODEN MEDIA, and Prego associate, Neal Chen, was the Champion of the prestigious Barista Coffee Making Competition and represented China in the International Barista Competition in Boston, USA.
