    Colliers International Property Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd was founded in 1994. Due to the development of Shanghai's property market and Shanghai's booming economy, the headquarters of Colliers International Asia Pacific was moved from Hong Kong to Shanghai in September 2002, and is outfitted with approximately 700 staff. The scope of the Shanghai office's services includes property management, facilities management, property leasing, consultancy, property assessment, market promotion and property investment.

    Established in April 2002, the Bund Center Property Management Office consists of three main departments with more than 130 staff namely Facility Department, Engineering Department and Human Resource & Administration Department. The Facility Department provides customer service, security management and cleaning management while the Engineering Department maintains all equipments in the Bund Center. Since January 2004, the Bund Center Property Management Office operates with a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

    The Quality Policy of Bund Center Property Management Office is: ¡°Embodying expertise in property managements, attaining better customer service quality, and obtaining higher customers' satisfaction."
  • Scope of Service
    Appointed as the property management service provider for the Bund Center, Colliers International Property Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd will assign experienced personnel to provide professional property management services to all tenants. Services include:
    1 . To ensure that the entire service system is in good order and operating effectively.
    2 . To ensure all public areas such as the lobby, elevator hall, stairs, external walls, toilets, underground car parks and landscaping are kept clean and in good condition.
    3 . To maintain the safety and order of the building.
    4 . To handle tenants' complaints and inquiries regarding the management of the building.
    5 . To correspond and coordinate/liaise with government regulatory departments.
    6 . To maintain and continuously improve the environment around the building, including festive decorations or other initiatives deemed necessary by the Property Management Office.
    7 . To provide fee-based housekeeping service inside the tenants' office.

    Whenever tenants or visitors require information or assistance, Bund Center's customer service personnel at the Information Counter located in the lobby will be pleased to offer their service.
