  • Fire Alarm System
    In compliance with standards and practices of Local Bylaw, the Office Tower is installed with an intelligent fire prevention and fighting system.   • Electrical Power System
    Dual feeds of power at 35KV is supplied to the substation and stepped down through 10KV transformer to 380V, 3 phases, 50HZ and 220V, single phase, 50HZ. In the event of normal power failure, two 2,250KVA back-up generators will supply power for lifts, essential lighting, fire alarm system and life safety equipment within 15 seconds.
